African violets - trim & bloom


I trimmed my african violet a few weeks ago & repot it again. More & more flowers are coming up!

wow..u really have green finger. My AF in the office muz be dying soon..it has been almost 2 weeks since I last saw them..difficult to maintain plant in office esp when I m always out of office.
My hubby is now into miniture AF..bery delicate and petite.

Heehee, I don't think I have green finger. There is not much flowers this round & the flowers die off very fast. Maybe the plant is consider old already.

If you are away fm office, why not get your colleagues to help you? I'm helping one of my colleague to look after her AFs too, now my desk is a mini nursery.

Btw, what do miniture AF looked like? Do you hv a pic of it?

Only one is blooming..the others are having some tiny flower buds - their pot size is like an ice cream cupsize..

Guess what happen when I went back to office ytdy..I was expected to do a buriel for my AF..but I spotted 2 tiny flower buds..The AF muz have been a strong fellow..have not done any watering for almost 2 weeks..it is difficult to assign my colleagues to help me cos we are always out on job assignment. Now I m getting excited waiting for AF to bloom more..will let you know if it does..

Wow, they are beautiful. There's one with different colour of leaves. I didn't know there are so many kinds of AF, we grew them from getting the leaves from other colleagues (only buy the pot). Yes, yes, pls show me the pics when the flower bloom.
