Then he stared at me & say "It is American Carrot Cake!!!", heehee...oic.
I waited & waited till 4pm, then he started to cut the cake for everyone in the office & this is what I get after the long wait :
But not bad at all, I'm the 1st one to get the cake & it is yummy (though a bit small), lol.

Yup... i agreed with you.. this Ah Mo... carrot cake taste just as good as our asian type rite.. at 1st i still don't dare to try..but now.. i used to bake it too... :)
wow so good, I dunno how to bake this yet but I know it is quite sweet...tink got raisin, do they really put carrot inside? Heehee...
yum, i love carrot cake, its heavenly with cream cheese frosting :p and yes, lots of shredded carrot go into the cake =)
